	Costa Rica IT Alliance & Services Summit 2010
	PSI participated in the Costa Rica IT Alliance & Services Summit 2010 hosted in San Jose, Costa Rica on 7th & 8th July, 2010. The event was organized by the Foreign Trade Corporation of Costa Rica (PROCOMER), as a B2B interaction between companies from the United States, Panama, the Caribbean, Europe, India and Costa Rican IT firms that are looking to expand their business. Event involved companies from diverse IT sectors such as mobile applications, SaaS, web designing, Nearshore Outsourcing solutions, quality assurance, testing, software development, architecture, animation, video gaming and functionality. San Jose, Costa Rica, July 8, 2010: PSI participated in the Costa Rica IT Alliance & Services Summit 2010, a B2B meet of Costa Rican IT companies with service providers from countries around the globe. The Summit was organized by ‘Procomer’ to encourage partnerships & business between Global IT companies and Costa Rican IT industry. Alike many other companies, PSI participated in the Summit to understand the Costa Rican IT Industry and indentify possible business synergies with local players. Costa Rica is an emerging IT destination and the Global IT Service Model needs a collaborative approach to succeed in the new economy which has evolved beyond geographical barriers. Many companies showed a lot of interest to collaborate with PSI in Software Product Development space to offer innovative solutions. PSI being a leading player in product engineering space in the USA & Canada market, found mutual synergies with Costa Rican IT companies as well as some US based companies which were participating in the Summit. Many Costa Rican companies having good presence in the US market found PSI’s unique outsourcing model highly lucrative & in synch with their growth plans. By utilizing PSI’s global delivery capabilities, the nearshore companies in Costa Rica attain much needed flexibility & agility to cater to diverse IT needs of the US market. 	PSI Staged Successful show at INDIASOFT 2010 Pratham Software (PSI) staged a highly successful show at 'INDIASOFT 2010', the unique IT buyer seller meet in Jaipur from 10th to 12th March. INDIASOFT is organized every year by Ministry of IT, Government of India and ESC (Electronics & Software Export Promotional Council) to provide International exposure to Mid Size Technology companies of India and brings qualified IT buyers and sellers on one platform. The event marked 10th edition of the exhibition and was for the first time organized in Jaipur and saw close to 70 exhibitors and 135 delegates exploring business opportunities. 	Pratham Software (PSI) successfully got the renewal of ISO 9001:2008 certification till April 2009. This was the first certification renewal visit as earlier ones were for the surveillance. It was strategic in nature and just not targeted on quality standards compliance but the adherence and the process improvements. Our ISO certification agency; BVQI appreciated the quality standards adherence and considerable improvements in processes PSI has achieved in last 3 years. Renewal of ISO 9001-2000 certification has made the PSI’s team all the more responsible and dedicated to achieve ISO objectives to accomplish higher level of quality standards and customer satisfaction to achieve client’s and PSI’s mutual objectives for quality. 	Pratham Software Ltd. enters highly niche and globally emerging domain Pratham Software Ltd. enters in to an alliance with a leading player in highly niche and globally emerging domain of Digital Media Broadcasting from UK as their sole ODC (Offshore Development Center) and doing subsequent ongoing R & D for their product. Pratham Software leverages its expertise in the Microsoft domain including system level programming and appoints top consultants to play a vital role in the further research and development. Pratham’s major challenge will be the newer technology related to Digital Multimedia Broadcasting, an offshoot to Digital Audio Broadcasting.

Pratham is being chosen for development of Online Image Management and Sharing portal. This portal will bear features catering to photographers worldwide wherein they can submit their portfolio having facility to manage their accounts. Portal has niche feature to provide visitors with the most efficient work-flow to ensure you locate the best images that are most relevant to your needs. This portal will be launched in October 2007. Pratham will add value to the association leveraging its expertise in open source technologies and highly experienced team in developing the community portals and alike.

Mr. Puneet Mittal; Pratham’s CEO announced the tie-up with UK based content aggregator from travel and leisure industry running globally renowned 20+ travel portals having end to end integration with 100+ travel portals. The PSI focus will be to cater all kinds of back office operations for the internet based online travel and booking portal which includes handling of e-bookings, e-travel, airfare pricing, managing customer accounts, and other CRM related data and information.
