Pratham offers Wide Ranging Software Quality Assurance (SQA) services involving independent verification and validation of software performance services, quality assurance planning, implementation services and Certification for the entire lifecycle of a software project adopting manual as well as automated approach.

We follow a standard procedure to perform Software Quality Assurance at Pratham:

• Each feature has an associated QA Engineer for feature testing
• Each feature may need multiple QA engineers for complete test coverage
• Primary QA engineer is responsible for writing up Test Case specifications
• Test case specifications are checked into cvs
• Before starting to test a specific feature the QA engineer has to write a test case specification
• Test case specification drives the list of test cases and platform coverage
• Progress on a specific feature GA is tracked based on the progress made in terms of executing all know test cases and number of open P1 bugs
