Beyond his entrepreneurial pursuits, Puneet is an avid angel investor, playing a pivotal role as the lead investor in numerous startups specializing in deep tech and education technology (EdTech).

Puneet Mittal is an alumnus of MNIT Jaipur and actively participates in various professional forums through his involvement with the TIE Foundation and MNIT Alumni. He has been founder of social organizations Top Neurons, where Top Neurons is giving 100% Free Coaching, hostel and food facility to the students from underprivileged background. These students are coming from all over India to Jaipur for preparation of exams like IIT-JEE and NEET.

Sumeeti is the Co-Founder & Director of Pratham Software (PSI) and has over 16 years of leadership experience in the ICT industry. Under her leadership, Pratham Software (PSI) has realized its potential, expanding the service portfolio for newer markets and segments.

She has conceptualized and built new competencies for Pratham Software (PSI)’s business processes in the areas of ISO processes, quality, customer satisfaction and over all administration. She has also started and built voice and process based solutions for the travel industry.

Highly regarded for his unwavering passion for technology, growth mindset, and empowering people, Sameer holds a pivotal role in driving organizational strategy and execution. As a firm believer in the principle that “strategy without execution is hallucination,” he ensures that every vision translates into tangible results.

Under his leadership PSI is helping customers develop Industry Clouds, Transform Enterprises & be the growth enablers. A thought leader on the intersection of technologies and business value in emerging technologies, he is known for ‘delivering value’ to the customers. He has spearheaded large strategic engagements across industry spectrums including Logistics & Supply Chain, Pharma & Health Tech, Telecommunication and Banking & Insurance etc.

An IBM alumnus, Sameer played several roles in strategy consulting, technology architecture, engagement management, and scaling up the practices. He managed large & complex Digital Transformation engagements at IBM Global Business Services. Prior to IBM, he worked with Satyam Computers, Ranbaxy Research, and Mahindra Consulting.

Sameer holds a degree in Engineering and has authored many papers on customer experience, digital payments, , bioinformatics, and productivity framework.

With over two decades of experience in the software and consulting industry, Sameer’s global journey has exposed him to diverse cultures and continents, enriching his understanding of global markets and customer needs. Sameer enjoys playing Tennis and Trekking in his leisure time.

Lalit has over 16+ years of strong experience of managing diverse projects. He is effective, well skilled and experienced in different aspects of program execution. He has long experience in estimation, proposal drafting & complete systems development lifecycle from inception, design, construction & testing through to final delivery & support.

Lalit has worked with clients in UK, Germany, USA and India across a number of sectors including BFSI, Analytics, Risk & Compliance & Social Media. He is decisive and result driven, uses initiative to develop effective solutions to problems.

He is responsible for delivery, project/program management, relationship management, managing customer expectations & cost management. He has helped Pratham Software (PSI) to deliver large project(s) as an experienced leader of multi-cultural/multi-disciplinary teams.

Over the years he has been instrumental in developing JAVA and BPM teams at Pratham Software (PSI). Under his guidance, the teams have delivered some of the biggest and most complex projects in the respective practice areas. He introduced new processes to increase productivity, quality of work & reduce dependency on individuals; he has also advocated the need for providing customer centric solutions.

Prior to Pratham Software (PSI), Lalit has worked as a consultant in a MNC where he was a part of core team to deliver strategic solutions for UK government. There he was instrumental in developing strategic Java based technical solutions and managing team. Coming from strong technical background, he has a strong experience in design strategies.

Lalit holds an Engineering degree in Electrical from NIT Rourkela and also postgraduate diploma in Business Administration from IBS Calcutta. He is also a PMI certified Project Management Professional.

Outside his busy schedule, Lalit enjoys playing Cricket and Badminton and is a keen reader.

Anurag is a technologist with a hands-on career in conceptualizing, architecting & implementing technology visions for enterprises. Anurag is responsible for driving the technical strategy & expertise of PSI to support its business strategy. He helps PSI draw up its technology roadmap and oversees its delivery quality practices.

Among a variety of technical roles during his tenure at IBM, Anurag worked in a leadership role in shaping hybrid cloud service offerings and worked as part of multiple global technology organizations including Cloud Center of Competence, Complex Solution Practice & Technical Experts Council. He led solutions for transformation and complex engagements often in domains ranging from Telecom, Energy & Utility & Banking; and solution type ranging from cloud, IOT, Integration, mobility, and Industry.

Punit has over 20 + years of IT experience in Project Management, Database Design and DevOps along with Solution, Strategy Development & IT Implementation. With expertise in Microsoft and Networking technologies, Punit has also extended his expertise in open source technologies during the last 8 years.

As VP Projects, he is responsible for account management and new business development. With his experience in overseeing projects at Pratham Software (PSI), Punit provides leadership to company-wide administrative information technology support and network services.

Punit holds a post graduate degree in Information Technology with a background in Economics and Public Administration. Punit is a Microsoft Certified Professional and also holds certificate from IIM Bangalore for Innovation and Information Technology Management.

He is an avid traveller and is also involved in various games like Table Tennis, Cricket and Scrabble. Punit is also a passionate reader and loves to experiment with various types of cuisine.

Sonal’s dynamism is reflected in distinguished employee engagement; synonymous to Pratham Software’s culture and her long association with the firm as a self-motivated Human Resource Leader.

It is her firm conviction that People are the most valuable asset of any organization. Her modus operandi channelizes individual strengths onto a unified corporate trajectory. She holds a postgraduate’s degree in Management and has over 16 years of experience in Software and Healthcare Industry in the realms of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Talent Development, Resource Planning and Quantified HR Delivery Systems. Accomplished yet modest, she possesses strong HR acumen with a dash of strategic delivery approach.

She admits that she is able to spot few scornful expressions due to her bold, innovative and ‘Test and Learn’ approach but she never compromises with quality. She spearheads the Learning and Development initiatives in the company and explores new ways of creating, developing and imprinting positive impression with a focus of making Pratham Software, as the brand with best HR practices.

She actively participates in various industry-academia programs organised by government bodies and educational institutes. She interacts and guides the students about emerging trends in IT industry. Sonal has been an enthusiastic panelist in various HR and IT conferences where she bonds over her experiences and insights on the subject with the fellow practitioners and budding managers. Sonal has also been awarded amongst the 50 Most Influential HR Tech Leaders, held at World HRD Congress 2016.

With over 15 years of multi-disciplinary and cross functional experience in different industry segments, Manoj has extensive experience in handling critical strategic issues, budgeting, financial planning & analysis, developing & implementing processes, operations & maintenance of infrastructure. He regularly interacts and liaises with senior bureaucrats and various external bodies.

His responsibilities include managing the finance & administration activities at organisational level. A highly committed professional, Manoj has converted company vision & policies into realizable business objectives. He has introduced several cost-effective measures in the admin and operational domains. He has proven track record of providing excellent services to ensure customer delight.

Prior to joining Pratham Software (PSI), he has successfully executed and managed various steel and power projects. He possesses extensive experience in procurement, techno commercial interfacing, tendering, budgeting, vendor development & project management & monitoring.

An engineering graduate with post graduate management diploma in Finance, Manoj continuously strives to improve the work environment and other administrational activities. He has participated in numerous conferences and seminars on IT Infrastructure.

Manoj, a spiritual person, likes to visit holy places and spend time with friends & family. He also regularly reads books to provoke his thoughts and get inspiration. A sports addict, he likes to play outdoor games.

Vishal brings over two decades of experience in software engineering, digital transformation, and strategic delivery. A seasoned technology leader, he is known for driving the end-to-end execution of complex enterprise programs while building scalable, high-performing global teams. His expertise spans cloud modernization, AI-powered automation, and data-driven platforms to help organizations stay competitive and future-ready.

At PSI, Vishal leads strategic initiatives that align engineering outcomes with business objectives, ensuring seamless delivery through strong portfolio governance and Agile practices. He plays a key role in shaping technology roadmaps, nurturing CxO-level relationships, and delivering solutions that drive measurable business impact. His innovation-led approach empowers clients to leverage modern architectures like microservices and cloud-native platforms to boost growth and resilience.

A strong advocate of continuous learning and innovation, Vishal champions capability development through Centers of Excellence (CoEs), mentors engineering talent, and fosters a culture of improvement. He is currently pursuing a Minor in AI from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Ropar.

Plays a pivotal role in driving cloud solutioning for large, complex global deals involving multiple service lines and technology domains. Leads strategic initiatives in DevSecOps, Digital Transformation, and has been instrumental in incubating and scaling several key technology practices.

Entrepreneurial by nature, previously founded and scaled a specialized IT services firm, successfully managing operations as CEO before a complete exit. As the lead for AWS Cloud Solutioning within the organization, Rishi contributes significantly to technology strategy, architecture, and operations across software products and SaaS platforms. His deep technical expertise and hands-on leadership approach help align engineering decisions with business outcomes.

Beyond core engineering, he brings strong experience in product-led growth and architecting automation for complex workflows, leveraging data-driven insights and hypothesis testing to prioritize and deliver powerful product experiences.

Customer-centric to the core, Rishi is known for consistently driving value for the organizations and clients he works with. He holds a master’s degree in computer applications. Outside of work, Rishi enjoys playing badminton and cricket, and is an avid reader.

Ashish is a strategy, technology and transformation leader with 20+ years of global experience across consulting, technology and enterprise environments, including 15+ years with McKinsey & Company. He has held leadership roles including Solution Leader, Director, COO & CDAO, and Head of India GCC, with experience spanning business strategy, AI & Data, digital transformation, technology innovation and business building.

At PSI, Ashish works with senior leaders across global enterprises, consulting firms and GCCs to build strategic relationships, identify growth opportunities and bring PSI’s capabilities across AI & Data, Cloud, Modernization, Digital Transformation and SaaS to solve complex business challenges.

Over his career, Ashish has led large-scale transformation programs, built global teams and developed AI, analytics and technology solutions across industries. His focus has consistently been on turning complex problems into practical solutions and creating measurable business outcomes.

Outside work, Ashish enjoys travelling, exploring new places, trekking and reading on personal growth and leadership.

Stefan is one of the Managing Directors and Partners of the German PSI subsidiary Pratham Software GmbH (PSG) based in Munich/Germany and he is responsible for the customer relationship management and as well as the ongoing biz management of PSG.

He started to support PSI as an external consultant to build up our business in Germany more than 10 years ago and has founded together with Puneet, Gulab and Michael the German subsidiary back in 2014.

Stefan spent almost 40 years in the IT-Industry and worked in various consulting as well as management positions at Hewlett-Packard EMEA, Compaq EMEA and Digital Equipment Germany.

He holds a German degree in Management & Sales as well as a Diploma as IT-Specialist at the Chamber of Commerce Munich.

Stefan and his wife have 3 kids and live mainly near Munich/Germany and he is a big fan of all kind of outdoor activities in the beautiful landscape of the Alpen mountain area and loves to travel.

Michael is one of the Managing Directors and Partners of the German PSI subsidiary Pratham Software GmbH (PSG) based in Munich/Germany and he is responsible for the sales activities & business development and as well as the overall biz management of PSG.

He started to support PSI as an external consultant to build up our business in Germany more than 10 years ago and has founded together with Puneet, Gulab and Stefan the German subsidiary back in 2014.

Michael spent more than 30 years in the IT, telecom and consumer industries and worked in various sales, product marketing and management positions at Hewlett-Packard, O2, Telefónica, Belkin, Compaq Computer and Procter & Ganble.

He holds a MBA of the university of Munich.

Michael is interested in sports (golfing, running, skiing), cultural activities (exhibitions, museums) and travelling.

Pratibha has been the guiding force behind Pratham Software. An IITian (Chemical Engineering) and M.S. (Computer Science) from University of Southern California, she prompted Puneet and Sumeeti to lay the foundation of Pratham Software. She connected with the initial prospects and convinced them about our capabilities.

Pratibha also managed the initial recruitment and staffing activities to build the strong technical base of the company. She mentored the organization during the initial phase and guided the team on project execution and delivery mechanism.

During the global economic downturn, she aided Pratham sail through the period of turmoil. Her technical and business acumen, made it possible.

Currently associated with Oracle as Principal Software Engineer, she has acquired several patents for her work while leading various web services security projects.

She believes if one puts one’s heart, mind and soul into something, one definitely gets success. And she truly lives by this core philosophy. Apart from work, she is an active sportsperson and has participated in few half marathons. She also enjoys hiking.
