At PSI, Vishal leads strategic initiatives that align engineering outcomes with business objectives, ensuring seamless delivery through strong portfolio governance and Agile practices. He plays a key role in shaping technology roadmaps, nurturing CxO-level relationships, and delivering solutions that drive measurable business impact. His innovation-led approach empowers clients to leverage modern architectures like microservices and cloud-native platforms to boost growth and resilience.
A strong advocate of continuous learning and innovation, Vishal champions capability development through Centers of Excellence (CoEs), mentors engineering talent, and fosters a culture of improvement. His passion for artificial intelligence and emerging technologies keeps him at the forefront of industry evolution. He is currently pursuing a Minor in AI from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Ropar.
