PSI has been recertified for compliance as per the ISO 9001: 2008 quality systems standard for the fourth time. PSI maintains its ISO compliance since 2005, which demonstrates its commitment to high-end quality systems, good practices and continuous process improvement.
This recertification was granted by TÜV-Nord, which is one of the largest and most reputed independent inspection, certification and testing organizations in the world. PSI cleared the two-day recertification audit without any non-conformity (NC). The certifying body appreciated the adherence to quality standards and significant process improvements that PSI has achieved.
Renewal of the ISO 9001:2008 certification has made PSI team target even higher levels of quality standards and customer satisfaction. PSI now plans end-to-end initiatives-both internal and external, for continual improvement in the quality through training, R & D and usage of contemporary tools and utilities for further quality enhancement.
